"Oh baby, the #TeenMom family is growing! 🤭 Find out who's expecting on tomorrow's season finale at 8p on @MTV! 🤰" the account posted Wednesday, hinting that a pregnancy reveal is coming in the next episode.

The comment section lit up instantly, with fans pointing fingers at longtime cast member Cheyenne Floyd.
