Rob Kardashian made a rare social media appearance as he joined his famous family to celebrate sister Khloe Kardashian's 42nd birthday.
The notoriously private reality star featured in a series of photos shared by Khloe on Instagram following her birthday celebrations, delighting fans who rarely catch a glimpse of him.

Khloe captioned the family carousel: "How blessed am I? Missing a few but they're always with me ♥️."
The opening photo showed Rob smiling alongside mom Kris Jenner, sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, niece Dream Kardashian and other family members during the celebration.
Additional snaps also featured Rob spending time with his daughter Dream, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Angela Renée White.
Rob later jumped into the comments to celebrate his younger sister.
"We are so Blessed to have you! We love you so much!!! 🩵🩵🩵💙💙💙🫂," he wrote.

His appearance quickly became the talking point of the post, with fans flooding the comments after spotting the rarely seen Kardashian.

Rob has largely stayed away from the spotlight in recent years after previously opening up about his struggles with body image and self-confidence.
Last year, a source told PEOPLE that the 39-year-old was "in a better place and way more comfortable with who he is."
The insider added that Rob had reached a stage in his life where he "just doesn't care as much what anyone thinks."
According to the source, he had "really struggled with body issues and self-confidence for years," but said that "negative comments don't bother him anymore" as he continues to focus on living a more private life.
