1000lb Sisters star Amy Slaton and her ex-husband, Michael Halterman, have successfully concluded their divorce, as exclusively reported by The U.S. Sun. According to court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, Amy, 35, and Michael, 40, officially completed their divorce proceedings on September 6, 2023.

Michael had initially initiated the dissolution of their marriage with children involved, filing against Amy on March 13, which subsequently led to a lengthy legal battle spanning six months. A memo found alongside the court document stated: "Marital settlement agreement is approved and incorporated by reference as if set forth verbatim, and the parties are ordered to obey the terms thereof."

In March, Michael had filed for divorce from Amy, but Amy had countered with domestic violence claims against her former partner in February. These charges have since been dismissed. After an extensive custody dispute regarding their two children, two-year-old Gage and one-year-old Glenn, Michael and Amy have decided to share custody. On March 22, the presiding judge mandated a shared parenting schedule, enabling Amy and Michael to maximize their parenting time.

Even before Amy's divorce from Michael was finalized, she had already embarked on a new relationship. As previously reported by The U.S. Sun, Amy's new romantic interest is a man named Tony from Battle Creek, Michigan. They've been involved for approximately "about three months," and, according to a source close to the "1000-LB. Sisters" star, it's now official.

In the aftermath of her divorce and custody battle with Michael, Amy had been cautious about publicizing her new relationship. The source explained, "She's been keeping [Tony] on the down low, but he's been living with her in Kentucky."

Prior to his relocation to Kentucky, Amy frequently made trips to spend time with Tony, as shared by the insider. "From what I know, the kids live with them," the insider continued. Regarding the status of Amy and Tony's relationship, the source affirmed that they are "going strong" and "spending lots of time with the kids."
