Tammy Slaton is taking her transformation to new heights—literally.
The 1000-lb Sisters star just hit a major milestone after losing almost 500 pounds: ziplining, something she says she's dreamed about for years but never thought she'd physically be able to do.

"Now that I've lost so much weight, I'm able to do things that I never would have been able to do," Slaton said in a recent episode. "I think people do take the small things for granted."

Slaton, 37, previously weighed over 700 pounds and had relied on a wheelchair and oxygen for daily mobility. After a lengthy stay at a rehab center and undergoing bariatric surgery in 2022, she has dropped to around 308 pounds. The dramatic weight loss has allowed her to regain independence and tackle everyday activities she couldn't do before.

The ziplining moment marks one of Slaton's biggest personal victories since her transformation. She's also been spotted tubing, traveling, and sharing upbeat content with fans online.
