Christine McGuinness stuns at the NTAs as she puts on brave face without Paddy

REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Christine McGuinness stunned at the National Television Awards without her ex-husband Paddy.

The TV star put on a brave face as she attended the star-studded ceremony without her ex following their break-up earlier this year.

She put on a leggy display in a beautiful black and gold dress with matching sleeve-length gloves complete with hanging tassels.

It comes after she revealed she was "not good" ahead of the glitzy bash she's attended with ex Paddy McGuinness many times before.

Christine and Paddy, who separated in July after 11 years of marriage, share three children, Felicity, Leo and Penelope.

They are nominated for an award at this year's NTAs for the BBC documentary about autism.

Speaking yesterday, Christine said: "Hey everyone I just thought I'd come on and say, 'Hey!' It's been a while. I know I've been quiet, I've had loads going on which I know most of you are aware of.

"Lots of you have been checking in on me which I really, really appreciate.

"Thank you so much. I'll be honest, I'm not going to lie, I'm not going to come on and say, 'I'm fine. I'm just having a little quiet time'. I'm really not fine.

"There's been far too much on my plate recently, but I'm doing okay. I'm having more good days than bad and I've missed talking to myself on here."

She added: "I'm a nominee for the documentary that me and Patrick made with our children and I'm really anxious. I'm quite nervous, just because of everything obviously. It's not the best situation".
