Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's daughter has reportedly been arrested and charged with simple assault following an alleged domestic violence incident.
Milania Giudice, 20, was charged with one count of simple assault in New Jersey on May 14, according to a press release from Montville Township Chief of Police.

Court records show officers detained Milania after an incident that allegedly took place at around 6:12 p.m. local time, per Page Six.
According to The US Sun, who was first to report the news, she was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, though no plea was entered.
Milania is one of four daughters Teresa shares with ex-husband Joe Giudice.
The former couple were married from 1999 until 2020, before Teresa married Luis Ruelas in 2022.
Despite the arrest, Milania has remained active on social media.

On the day of the alleged incident, she posted a TikTok video featuring an audio clip describing her as "a young, beautiful diva" while modeling a letterman jacket and sweatpants.
Days later, she returned to Instagram to celebrate her mother's birthday.
"happy birthday to my favorite person in the world!!!!" she wrote alongside photos with Teresa.
"YOU ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMY🩷🩷."
The reported arrest is not the first time Milania has made headlines involving law enforcement.
In May 2024, she was involved in a car crash that damaged her Mercedes-Benz convertible after colliding with another vehicle.
According to TMZ, both drivers disputed who was responsible, but officers ultimately determined the other motorist was at fault for failing to yield the right of way.
