She told her 248,000 followers, "I had to unpack A LOT of sh*t to get to this point. All of this to say, if you aren't out and struggling – take your time. You will get there. And it's pretty [fabulous] on the other side."
The podcast host had previously spoken publicly about her sexuality during her time on Vanderpump Rules.
Kathan came out as bisexual during a 2019 episode of the Bravo reality series.

During an LA Pride-themed episode, she bonded with Madix as the pair referred to each other as "bi sisters."
"That was my first LA Pride ever, though. But then I also came out as bi," she said on the show, per Them.
"I just feel so much lighter now that that's out there."
Kathan joined Vanderpump Rules in season seven before eventually stepping away from reality television.
She now co-hosts the podcast Disrespectfully alongside Maloney.
