In her petition, Miley Cyrus asserts that Alexander Kardalian has developed a "dangerous fixation and, or obsession" with her. Consequently, the court has decreed a set of restrictions upon Kardalian, including an injunction against contacting her, attending her concerts or public engagements, and maintaining a distance of 100 yards from her, her residence, her vehicle, and any venue where she is performing.

To make matters worse, he allegedly reemerged shortly after his release from San Quentin State Prison in August. Fortunately, her security personnel intervened during his subsequent visit, and law enforcement reportedly instructed him to vacate the premises.
