Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's eldest daughter, North West, has revealed that she is dealing with dyslexia. In a live TikTok video alongside her mother, Kim Kardashian, the 10-year-old shared her learning syndrome, asking her fans, 'Guys, I have dyslexia. Do you even know what that is?'
Kim Kardashian playfully interrupted North before she could elaborate further, saying, 'Northy, you are sure spilling the tea on here.' However, neither Kim nor North provided additional details about the child's dyslexia, with Kim mentioning that she deliberately avoids discussing her daughter's personal life.
Kim and Kanye welcomed North into the world in June 2013, followed by Saint two years later, Chicago in 2018, and Psalm the following year.
North's admission about her dyslexia coincided with Kim's own admission that she was 'scared out of her mind' to inform Kanye West that she had hired a male nanny to help care for their four children. However, during an episode of 'The Kardashians,' Kim shared her amazement at Kanye's positive response to the nanny's presence. She even engaged in a conversation with him about techniques for fostering independence in their children.
Kim expressed her initial fear, saying, 'I was scared out of my mind to tell their dad (about the manny).' She went on to describe how welcoming Kanye had been to the male caregiver, recounting an instance when Kanye introduced himself and played soccer with their son, Saint. He was not only courteous but also offered input on how he wanted his children to become more independent.
Kim continued, 'He said, 'Hey, if you are going to help raise my son…' because the manny handed the ball to Saint easily, and Kanye said, 'Don't do that. Make him go get it himself. These are some of the rules I would want."
Kim expressed her relief at Kanye's reaction to having a male nanny, saying, 'I was like, 'Oh my god. OK. That's great."
Kim's decision to hire a male nanny stemmed from her desire for a more balanced household environment, stating, 'I really wanted a male around that was going to be picking them up and taking them to sports.'"
