A senior JPMorgan Chase executive has been fired after she was caught on camera dumping trash onto a New York City sidewalk.
Footage shared all over X showed the moment she walked away with the garbage can during the Knicks' NBA Championship parade.

A spokesperson for the banking giant confirmed that Angie Baez was dismissed after the company reviewed video of the incident, which quickly spread across social media.
Footage uploaded to X appears to show Baez, dressed in New York Knicks gear, emptying a public trash can onto the sidewalk before taking the bin and leaving the scene as shocked bystanders looked on.

The incident happened during last Thursday's championship parade after the Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 4-1 to win the NBA title.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Baez served as Executive Director of Community and Industry Engagement for Card and Connected Commerce at JPMorgan Chase.
