Shia LaBeouf has been released from custody after his arrest on Mardi Gras Day, with court records showing he must attend future hearings.
Authorities say the actor faces two counts of simple battery following an early Tuesday morning incident in New Orleans.

According to the New Orleans Police Department, officers responded around 12:45 a.m. to the 1400 block of Royal Street after reports of a disturbance at a business.
Police said LaBeouf was identified as the person "reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasing[ly] aggressive at a Royal Street business."
Investigators say a staff member tried to make him leave, and after he was removed from the building, he allegedly struck one victim multiple times with "his closed fists."
Victims told officers LaBeouf "left, but then came back, acting even more aggressive" while people attempted to restrain him.

Police said he then allegedly hit the same person again, landing punches to their upper body before reportedly striking another individual in the nose.
Authorities say he was held down until officers arrived at the scene.
LaBeouf was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries, though officials said the extent of those injuries remains unknown.
Police confirmed he was later released from the hospital.
Court records show he made a virtual court appearance at noon Tuesday, and his next hearing is scheduled for March 19.
