Niall Horan's initial encounter with Kim Kardashian took place during an Ariana Grande concert, as he fondly reminisced during his tenure as a judge on 'The Voice.' Back in his days as a member of One Direction, the 30-year-old singer found himself backstage at one of the 'thank u, next' hitmaker's electrifying performances. It was at this very moment that he crossed paths with the iconic Kim Kardashian, the 42-year-old superstar of 'The Kardashians.'

During a heartwarming moment on the season premiere of 'The Voice,' Niall shared the delightful memory. As a passionate One Direction superfan graced the stage with their talent, he playfully quipped, "The merch did well, guys! The first time I met Kim Kardashian, I was backstage at an Ariana Grande concert. And she brought North [West], her daughter, up, and this is how she introduced North to me, she said, 'North, this is the guy that sings from your toothbrush!'"

Niall Horan became a part of the NBC reality competition show's judging panel last year, stepping into the role shortly after long-time judge Blake Shelton decided to step down. Reflecting on this transition, Niall openly expressed his sentiments about missing his former co-star, Blake. In an interview with 'Entertainment Tonight,' he fondly recalled, "Of course, I miss Blake. I'm glad I was there for his last season. I got to learn from him and share a few laughs along the way."

Niall's fellow judges on 'The Voice' include Blake's wife, Gwen Stefani, along with John Legend and Reba McEntire. Beyond their on-screen camaraderie, Niall and Blake have forged a genuine friendship outside of the show. Gwen Stefani affectionately revealed that the two have become inseparable pals, often spending quality time together at their Oklahoma ranch.

With a warm smile, she shared, "Every time he comes to town, he's like, 'Can I come over?' They're like little-big buddies. You can come anytime; you'd have so much fun!"
