OUTSPOKEN Kanye West could be 'damaging for brands' and they should 'distance themselves', according to an expert.
The Bound 2 rapper sparked fury after pulling White Lives Matter stunts, posting an anti-Semitic Tweet and launching online attacks.
It has been a bizarre few weeks for Ye who is even reportedly being ignored by his ex-wife Kim Kardashian after he caused more drama.
The Kardashians star allegedly 'upped security' at their kids' school after Kanye leaked the address on his Instagram account.
Now, PR expert Jo O'Reilly says his "mental health crisis" could cause major implications for brands who are shown supporting the musician.
Speaking exclusively to OMG-News.com, Jo said: "The current situation with Kayne West isn't so much a PR crisis, it's a mental health.
"None of this is to in any way excuse the incredibly harmful things he has said, and the impact they will have had on the communities, his own included, he has targeted."
Jo, a digital PR manager at Salience Search Marketing, says any company remotely involved with Kanye could be tarred with his mucky brush.
She told OMG!: "Business partners would do well to distance themselves from him, because any further collaboration at this point as well as damaging their brand, is also adding weight and credibility to his words.
"The family and friends of George Floyd and the wider communities his recent words have hurt will remember the brands that appeared to condone his behaviour."
He's being sued by George's family for $250million for controversial comments he made during an interview, as well as the anti-Semitic drama.
Kanye caused upset after Tweeting: "I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE."
"I will say I'm sorry for the people I hurt with the 'death con'," he told Piers Morgan on TalkTV.
"With the confusion, I feel like I caused hurt and confusion and I am sorry for the families of the people who had nothing to do with the trauma that I had been through.
"And that I used my platform where you say, I hurt people, and I was hurt."
