FORMER glamour model Katie Price is reportedly facing a row from her local council after 'opening a second hand car lot' outside her Mucky Mansion.
Despite being banned off the roads, several cars – including a Range Rover, Jaguar and Mercedes – have been pictured outsider her home.
The images have sparked a probe into her car salesman fiancé Carl Woods to see if the 32-year-old is dealing motors from the property.
Only recently he changed the address for his second hand car business from his dad's home in Essex to the address of Katie's home in West Sussex.
Local council bosses launched an investigation into the 'alleged running of a second hand car business' in December last year – but it was later closed March this year.
Now, according to The Sun, a second enforcement case has been opened and is 'pending consideration' with a decision due later this year on December 5.
As per planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an "unauthorised change of use of the property".
The running of a second hand car business could also be deemed to have a "detrimental effect on neighbours' homes, the character of the area and environment, and highway safety".
OMG-News.com has contacted Katie's representatives.
