But now, in Wednesday's upcoming episode, available on Hulu in the US and Disney+ in the UK, she finally visits an experienced doctor.
Momager Kris has been visiting a consultant recently who has finally convinced her to take the plunge and get seen by a professional doctor.
In the preview for this week's episode, the bombshell medical announcement can be heard within the last few seconds of the teaser clip.
Kris is seen asking the doctor "What is the cure for that" as she visits the surgery with her long-time partner Corey Gamble.
Just before the clip ends, the doctor nervously announces a "hip replacement".
Earlier in the preview Kim was seen hugging mum Kris and sister Khloé as their mum reveals that someone special is coming over for lunch.
