The money's going to Lilah — a young girl battling an ultra-rare, aggressive brain cancer.
Lilah had her first seizure at 18 months, then surgery to remove a stage 4 tumor.
There are only 58 known cases of her condition worldwide.
A source told The Sun: "Taylor has always been keen to give back… Lilah's story really touched her."
Lilah's mom once said Taylor's music helped her through the toughest days.
She even planned to name her daughter after Taylor's hit "Willow."
