In her petition, Miley Cyrus asserts that Alexander Kardalian has developed a "dangerous fixation and, or obsession" with her. Consequently, the court has decreed a set of restrictions upon Kardalian, including an injunction against contacting her, attending her concerts or public engagements, and maintaining a distance of 100 yards from her, her residence, her vehicle, and any venue where she is performing.
The allegations against Kardalian are disconcerting. Miley Cyrus claims that he appeared uninvited at her residence on two occasions during the summer of 2022. To make matters worse, he allegedly reemerged shortly after his release from San Quentin State Prison in August. Disturbingly, Miley reveals that while incarcerated, Kardalian had sent her a letter implying his intent to visit her property upon his release. Fortunately, her security personnel intervened during his subsequent visit, and law enforcement reportedly instructed him to vacate the premises.
Perhaps most concerning of all, Miley Cyrus accuses Kardalian of misusing her address for his health insurance. This raises serious privacy and security concerns for the pop sensation.
